Macau Radio Taxi Services Limited (hereinafter \u201cRadio Taxi\u201d) are approved to operate 100 Special Taxis for eight years started on 1st<\/sup> April 2017, which provides three ways to call taxi through phone, apps and website.<\/p>\n

Type<\/strong><\/p>\n

Radio Taxi provides three types of Taxis:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Standard Taxis: up to six passengers<\/li>\n
  2. Deluxe Taxis: up to seven passengers, if four large luggages are occupied, it can carry 5 passengers.<\/li>\n
  3. Accessibility Taxis: up to five passengers, if two wheel chairs are occupied, it can carry 2 passengers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If the number of passengers exceeds the capacity of desired Taxi, drivers can refuse to service the passengers.<\/p>\n

    Seat belt<\/strong><\/p>\n

    With the exception from Traffic Bureau, otherwise all passengers are required to wear seat belts. Rejecting to wear seat belts, drivers have the right to refuse to service the passengers.<\/p>\n

    \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Charges<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The official currency shown in meter is MOP. The total fares are counted by the travelling routine, waiting time and surcharges.<\/p>\n

    Booking fee not applicable when, without the passenger\u2019s\u00a0prior consent, a special taxi different from the type requested is sent<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    Passengers can request for printing receipts.<\/span>R<\/strong>eceipt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
    a.<\/td>\nDrivers should prepare notes and coins for change.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    b.<\/td>\nPassengers with denomination of 500 or 1000 should ask drivers for change in advance.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    c.<\/td>\nDrivers can ask for other denomination of 500 or 1000 to pay the fare.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    Driver’s responsibility and attention to behavior<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Taxi drivers shall:<\/p>\n

    a. Keep<\/strong> their appearance clean<\/strong> and tidy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \uff0e Wearing company uniform
    \n\uff0e Correctly shows the Drivers\u2019Identity.<\/p>\n

    b. Keep the vehicle clean and comfortable<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \uff0e Ensure that taxi and livery clean
    \n\uff0e Ensure the trunk is tidy<\/p>\n

    \uff0e Eating, drink and smoking are not allowed.
    \nc. Attitudes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \uff0e Initiative and greet passengers, ask and confirm the destination
    \n\uff0e Always to say thank you and goodbye
    \n\uff0e To be polite when talking to avoid inappropriate behavior such as swearing or spitting
    \n\uff0e When necessary, basic Putonghua and English communication
    \n\uff0e Politely tell the passenger fare, if necessary, inform the surcharges in advance.<\/p>\n

    d. C<\/strong>hoose the best routine<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\nTo be familiar with the destinations and routes<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\nUsing the most direct or passenger designated routes, except unsafe conditions, such as: unsafe road condition, inclement weather and dangerous. In these cases, drivers should explain the situation to change routine.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\nIf there is a different route for choices, drivers should consult passengers for confirmation<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\nBe aware of traffic congestion<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\nIf necessary, drivers should use the navigation and consult call center for right routine.<\/p>\n

    e. Provide support actively<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\nTo assist disabled or elderly passengers alighting<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\nTo assist wheelchairs passengers or passengers with large luggage<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\nTo assist passengers with babies<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\nRemind to wear seat belts<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\nRemind to bring their belongs before getting off.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    f. Provide a safe <\/strong>trip<\/strong>;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\nFollow government\u2019s road rules<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\nDriver should always focus on driving<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\nDrive safely<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    \u203a<\/td>\nDo not over speed<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \u203a<\/td>\nUnless overtaking, but should keep to the left lane of the road;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \u203a<\/td>\nKeep away from the vehicle in front<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \u203a<\/td>\nObey traffic lights<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \u203a<\/td>\nSwitch off the engine when off<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    g. Ta<\/strong>xi regulations<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    \u00a0\uff0e<\/td>\nNo soliciting passengers<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\nNo overcharging, no tips<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\nDo not attract passengers to induce in use of the vehicle<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\nDon’t refuse to take passengers to the designated places<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\nWithout approval of passengers, do not pick up others<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\nCorrectly displaying the latest taxi fare table<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
    \uff0e<\/td>\nProvide printed receipt as requested<\/p>\n

    Do not drive or queue in the other taxi stations or waiting points<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

    \uff0e<\/td>\nNo Airport waiting fee is allowed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    Passengers should pay attention to<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Passengers must wear seat belts all the time..<\/p>\n

    Passenger:<\/p>\n

    a. Do not intercept taxi on the street,<\/p>\n

    b. Do not pick up or drop off in the restricted area<\/p>\n

    c. The passenger should not be exceeded at the capacity provided and still forced the car;<\/p>\n

    d. Taxi drivers shall not be required to wait or park in restricted area<\/p>\n

    e. Taxi drivers shall not be required to work for others out of taxi services;<\/p>\n

    f. Be polite and provide appropriate behavior<\/p>\n

    g. Keep Taxi clean and tidy<\/p>\n

    h.No eating and drinking inside taxi<\/p>\n

    i. No littering inside taxi<\/p>\n

    j. Do not throw, stretch or hang outside taxi<\/p>\n

    k. Do not show your body outside taxi<\/p>\n

    l. Be appropriate wearing your own seat belts<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

    \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Attention<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Customer service<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Customer service provides 5 dedicated line with 24 hour operations. Passengers can call 8893-9999 for query, suggestions, complaints, lost and found.<\/p>\n

    Refusion<\/strong><\/p>\n

    GPS with wrong starting point will be considered as incorrect call.<\/p>\n

    The animal or bird<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Animals and birds are not allowed to carry on Taxi.<\/p>\n

    Cleaning fee<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Vomit, soil in the car or seriously affect the cleanness, passengers will have to pay the cleaning fee of MOP 800.<\/p>\n

    Tip<\/strong><\/p>\n

    No tips are required.<\/p>\n

    Other<\/strong><\/p>\n

    No eating, drinking or smoking in the car.<\/p>\n

    Emergency and accident handling<\/strong><\/p>\n

    In case of emergency, drivers are required to:
    \na. Swtich on the “warning lamp” and then gradually slow down for safety reasons;
    \nb. Move the vehicle side of the road<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Emergency call for assistance
      \nd. Taking care of passengers and stay in safe location<\/li>\n
    2. Wait for police\u2019s instruction<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Drink and drug<\/strong><\/p>\n

      No drink or drug before providing service.<\/p>\n

      Compliments<\/strong> and complaints<\/strong><\/p>\n

      If passengers do wish to compliment drivers or dissatisfaction with the service, passengers should record the name of drivers, taxi registration number, date, time and place of the incident, and then praise or complaints through the following method:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
